Old Business
- Tree of Life sculpture to remember past gardeners -still planned
- Pay Pal - will try to get in up and running in time to pay membership dues (Thanks to Sharon, it was up and running on time)
- Audit - In process
- New waterline for quarter plots - Steve Schulz and Scott Morris will install new water lines
- Discussed Skirt and roof repairs for tool trailer
- Compost Area - Ila contacted landscapers and Davey to get leaves and chips
- Water Shut off when freezing - Jack and Stu will handle
- Vic fixed the office freezer
New Business
- Plant Sale Update - all prices in whole dollars
- Meeting Dates set
- 2/15 All Gardeners meeting
- 2/11 next board meeting
- 2/15 and 2/22 workdays
- Purple Martin Equipment - Authorized expenditure of $2,000 (Danny Sinclair of Purple Martin propagators will provide at a very reduced price).
- Web Design training for Sharon approved
- Bills will go out within 10 days
