- Membership Bills - Pay Pal can now be used to pay membership fees
- Introduction of New Gardeners
- Garden Events Update
- Separate shutoffs are being installed for each water stand and the hose bibs are being raised. Thank you Steve Schulz
- Improvements are scheduled to be made to TSBVI plots
- Focus in on a successful plant sale
- Purple Martin Propagator will install new martin houses
- "Audit" report was presented - several internal controls were suggested
Main Business
- By Laws and Site Rules revision
- The revisions have been passed by the board
- Mary Gifford discussed the process
- Information about By Law and Site Rule changes will be available shortly and gardeners will have ample time and opportunity to review and discuss them. March 22 date scheduled for vote on By Laws. NOTE - This meeting has been postponed until april and will be announced after the plant sale
- On March 23 at 4 PM Wizzie Brown, Travis County entomologist, will discuss fireants followed by a tea.
