Why is there a picture of a rock in the Weeder?
It is one of three found in the compost on a recent day. The compost is not the the place for everything removed from the plots. Please put only plant material, cut into pieces and no trees, including saplings. The woody material, rocks, plastic, bamboo, tools, weed barrier, and other debris all end in up the "Harvest Here" piles and then frequently just dumped on the ground instead of in the dumpster.

Christmas Tree Pickup - Boy Scout Troop 20
Hi Everyone,
If you would like to have the Boy Scouts pickup your Christmas Tree, you can call 978-309-9501 to arrange. It's a $5.00 donation to the Troop and they recycle the trees as garden wood chips. My tree is behind the recycle barrels so it won't blow away (like last year!). I will bring it out to the street for the January 12 pickup. Happy New Year to All!

March 2019 Plant Sale - Our Annual Fundraiser
Planning for our only fundraiser, the Plant Sale, goes on all year. It's time to get involved. The plant sale is March 2, 2019, the first Saturday in March. Janet and Randy are this year's organizers of the plant sale. Randy has ordered the seeds and most have arrived. We deliver those to Gabriel Valley in Georgetown in a few days. They will grow our selected tomatoes and peppers and deliver the plants right before the sale.
Help now if you can. And definitely plan on helping those last several days.
