All Gardeners Meeting to Elect New Board Members and Secretary
The Nominating Committee is looking for volunteers to run for the following Sunshine board offices: Secretary and Director. There are three Director positions up for election this year. Each board position is a 2-year term. The Secretary is a voting position and is responsible for taking minutes at garden/board meetings as well as keeping the gardener database. The Director position is a voting position and assists with board tasks as needed. Board members meet once a month to discuss garden business. If you are willing to serve, please contact a member of the Nominating Committee and state which position for which you would like to run. Also, please provide a brief bio stating your experience at Sunshine and why you would like to participate on the board. Elections are May 19th.
