HAPPY NEW YEAR!
FALL SEASON SERVICE HOURS - THE LAST DAY IS DECEMBER 31
December 31th is the last day to complete your Fall 2011 service hours, both regular Sunshine Garden hours and the one hour requirement for TSBVI service work. The weather forecast through Saturday is sunny and warm, perfect for those of you who need still to come out the garden and put in a few hours.
Remember to log your hours, either the green binder in the tool shed or online in the Virtual Green Binder. Please log your hours promptly. We will be totaling up the hours logged during the first week of January so that billing for time owed for service hours can be included in the Spring 2012 membership renewal notices.
SPRING 2012 MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
Mid January: Membership Renewal Notices for Sunshine Community Gardens will be send out via email.
January 31th: Due date for membership renewal payments and payment for fall service hours not worked.
After you receive your invoice, you can drop off your payment in the garden trailer -- use the message slot in the office door. The office is at the end the hall that starts to right of the refrigerator; that is, it's the room at the north end of the trailer. Please remember to include a copy of the renewal invoice with your payment.
If you need to update your email address on file with Sunshine Community Gardens, reply to this message (scgsecretary@gmail.com) with your changes, and copy the garden's treasurer at lacasita88@gmail.com, and your Zone Coordinator (see the list below).
