Music Committee Jobs

  1. Starting ASAP the committee needs a sound person (technical) who can assist with planning and set-up of PA.
  2. Starting ASAP the committee needs a co-chair who can a lso be there on 3/5 to supervise part of the day.
  3. Day of we need 2-3 people there at 8am to help set up stages and chairs and 2-3 people to breakdown at 2:30 or 3pm.
  4. Day of we need 2 people - separate shifts (9:00-11:30 and 11:30-2:00) - to man the merchandise and tips table for the musicians.
  5. Day of we need a Master of Ceremonies. The MC introduces and promotes the musicians and makes plant sale related announcements to the crowd.
